Meadows villa keeps tripping and we also want to add garden and pool electrics, how do we sort both safely?

Two separate jobs, and the tripping is the one I'd chase first because a breaker that trips 'for no reason' almost always has a real cause. The fix is to have someone actually test and split the load to find which circuit and which cause, not to keep resetting it, because you're overriding a safety device that's doing its job. On the garden and pool: outdoor and poolside electrics have to be properly weatherproofed and on dedicated RCD-protected circuits with the right ingress rating, and anything near the pool has extra rules because water and electricity is the highest-risk combination in the house.
