A breaker trips to protect the circuit — usually from an overload (too many appliances on one circuit), a short circuit, or earth leakage from a faulty appliance. Unplug everything on that circuit and reconnect one item at a time to find the culprit; persistent trips need a licensed electrician.
That points to a failed heating element leaking current to earth. Switch the heater's isolator off and have the element tested and replaced — don't keep resetting it, as it's a genuine shock risk in a wet area.
First check whether an RCD or MCB for that circuit tripped in the distribution board and reset it once. If it holds, you're fine; if it trips again or the sockets stay dead, a faulty socket or connection needs an electrician. Never open sockets while live.
