On a villa this size the finish is decided before the topcoat goes on, prep and the system matter far more than the brand on the tin. Exterior is the hard part here: the surface has to be properly cleaned and stabilised, cracks and substrate issues repaired, the right primer used, and a UV- and heat-rated exterior coating applied in full coats, skip the prep or use interior-grade paint outside and the Dubai sun will chalk and fade it within a year. Interior is more forgiving but still needs clean prep, filling and enough coats for that even, no-patchiness premium look on big wall runs. Where people go wrong is buying on price per square metre, the cheap quote is cheap because it thins the prep and the coats.
