AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract)

An Annual Maintenance Contract is a fixed-fee agreement where a company services your AC (and sometimes other home systems) a set number of times a year, usually with priority call-outs for breakdowns. In the UAE, where units run hard for months, a good AMC catches dirty coils and blocked drains before they become peak-summer failures.
