Ducted AC

A ducted (central) system hides the indoor unit above a false ceiling and distributes cooled air through a network of ducts to grilles in each room, controlled by one or more thermostats. Many newer UAE villas and offices choose it for a cleaner look and more even cooling, at the cost of harder access when something needs servicing. Because the ductwork is concealed, weak airflow or a musty smell usually traces back to dirty ducts or a clogged return-air filter rather than the unit itself.
