Al Quoz warehouse and office AC, what maintenance do these units actually need in an industrial area?
We run a unit in Al Quoz, part warehouse, part office, and the AC seems to struggle more than it should. It's a dusty, hot industrial area and the units run long hours. What maintenance do commercial AC units actually need out here, and how do we avoid the mid-summer breakdowns? Trying to get on a sensible schedule rather than paying emergency rates when something fails in the heat.

In Al Quoz the dust is relentless, so filters and coils clog far faster than in a home, condensate drains block, and packaged or ducted commercial units lose efficiency and fail in the worst heat if they're not serviced on a schedule. Long operating hours accelerate all of it. The answer for a warehouse or office is a proper maintenance cycle: frequent filter and coil cleaning, drains kept clear, and a full service before summer, because reactive callouts in July are expensive and mean downtime you can't afford.
