The Villa (Dubailand) — running several AC systems across a big villa, how do you stay ahead of breakdowns?
Our villa in The Villa has several separate AC systems for different parts of the house, and it feels like there's always one playing up. With this many units, how do people actually stay ahead of it rather than lurching from one breakdown to the next, especially in the peak of summer when a failure in one wing is miserable? Looking for a sensible way to manage several systems at once.

With several systems the game changes from fixing one unit to managing a small fleet, and the answer is documentation plus scheduling. Get every system serviced on a schedule (before and after summer) with each one's condition logged — refrigerant, electrical readings, airflow — so you can see which units are trending tired and plan those repairs or swaps in the cool season, instead of all of them surprising you in August. The units under the most load (the living areas, the sun-facing wings) wear fastest, so prioritise those. The second half is response: with this many systems a failure will happen at the worst time occasionally, so it's worth having a fast repair relationship for the peak weeks rather than starting the search mid-heatwave. Putting the villa's systems on a documented plan with 24 hour AC repair in Dubai cover for the peak weeks turns a fleet of surprises into a managed, mostly-planned list, and the logs tell you which system to budget to replace next.
Multi-system villa here too. Logging each unit visit-by-visit was the change, we now see one sliding and plan that swap in winter instead of a panic. Prioritising the hardest-worked wings first made the biggest difference to the surprise failures.
