Year-round home maintenance calendar for a Dubai villa, what should we service in each season?
We want to look after our Dubai villa on a proper schedule instead of only calling someone when something breaks. Is there a sensible year-round maintenance calendar for a villa here, what to service in which season, given the climate is so AC-driven in summer and we get the odd heavy rain in winter? Trying to be organised about it rather than reactive.
